We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern with a strong analytical focus to assist in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns for both our company and our clients. This role offers hands-on experience in digital channels such as social media and performance advertising, ideal for someone who enjoys data-driven decision-making.

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you’ll be involved in executing, tracking, and refining campaigns to drive meaningful results. Working closely with our team, you’ll help ensure that every campaign runs effectively, aligns with key objectives, and continuously improves based on data insights.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Marketing**: Manage social media schedules and metrics for our brand and client accounts, optimizing for engagement and audience reach.
- **Performance Marketing**: Support setup, tracking, and optimization of PPC campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads), focusing on performance metrics and return on ad spend.
- Collect and analyze campaign data to assess effectiveness, using insights to make data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency and campaign alignment.

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, social media metrics, and PPC strategies.
- Familiarity with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Ability to interpret campaign data to provide actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets).
