**Responsibilities**:
1. Designing graphics for various marketing materials such as social media posts, banners, brochures, and advertisements.

2. Editing and creating engaging videos for social media platforms, promotional campaigns, and company presentations.

3. Collaborating with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design projects that effectively communicate the company's message and brand identity.

4. Utilizing software tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects to produce high-quality visual content.

5. Ensuring all designs and videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different platforms.

6. Staying updated on industry trends, design techniques, and video editing software to continuously improve skills and enhance creativity.

7. Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.

2. Proven experience (1-1.5 years) in graphic design and video editing.

3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

4. Strong creative abilities with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

6. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.

7. Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.

8. A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design and video editing projects.

9. Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and feedback.
