We are seeking a highly creative Digital Marketing Trainer to lead our training programs. In this position, you will be responsible for educating and training individuals and teams on various aspects of digital marketing.

**Experience**: Minimum 1 Year

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct digital marketing training sessions through various channels such as Facebook, Quora, Google Ads (Search & Display), and Social Media Marketing (Paid and Organic).
- Provide expertise in Digital Marketing, Online Advertising, Revenue Generation, Sales, Customer Acquisition, Retention Marketing, Rebranding Activities, Alliances, PR, Business Strategy, Marketing Operations, Branding, Online Sales, Corporate Communications, and Product Development.
- Lead the creation and promotion of on-demand digital marketing training materials including design, marketing content, web development, and web marketing to enhance brand value.
- Share a proven track record of devising web-marketing strategies that elevated brands from relative obscurity, thereby driving revenue and profits in competitive markets.
- Recruit, select, orient, and train digital marketing trainees.
- Counsel and discipline trainees to maintain training effectiveness; plan, monitor, and appraise trainee performance.
- Provide digital marketing trainees with information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Ability to create and maintain client relationships.
- Coaching and subordinate involvement.
- Managing training processes.
- Self-motivated yet customer-focused.
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
- Ability to develop training budgets.
- Familiar with financial planning and strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools.

**Experience**: Minimum 1 year

**Pay: RS ** 8,000- 15,000.00 per month

**Schedule**:
