Trainee Barista

**Responsibilities**:

- Learn and adhere to standard recipes and techniques for preparing a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing tools, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning.
- Follow hygiene and safety standards in handling and storing coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide attentive service throughout their visit to the café.
- Prepare and present beverages with attention to detail, ensuring consistency in flavor, temperature, and appearance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café, including cleaning tables, counters, and equipment, as well as disposing of waste and recycling.
- Assist with stocking and replenishing supplies, including coffee beans, milk, cups, lids, and other consumables.
- Follow instructions from senior baristas and management to continuously improve performance and contribute to the team's success.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn about coffee culture, brewing methods, and barista skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in beverage preparation and customer service.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Prior experience in customer service, food service, or hospitality is a plus but not required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
