**Job Title: PsychologistJob Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations.
- Diagnose mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and therapeutic goals.
- Provide psychotherapy (individual, group, or family) using evidence-based techniques.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Offer crisis intervention and support when necessary.
- Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and coping strategies.
- Stay informed on the latest psychological research and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology (M.A., M.Sc., Psy.D., or Ph.D.).
- **Licensure**: Valid license to practice psychology (as per regional or national regulatory requirements).
- **Experience**: [2.5-3+] years of clinical experience preferred.
- **Certifications**: Additional certifications in CBT, DBT, trauma therapy, or similar (preferred).

- Strong understanding of psychological theory and practice.
- Empathy and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent listening, observation, and communication abilities.
- Ethical and culturally sensitive practice.
- Proficiency in documentation and use of psychological tools and assessments.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
