Archery Coach

An archery coach's responsibilities include:

- **Teaching**: Teaching students the basics of archery, including safety, shooting skills, and equipment
- **Training**: Training elite-level athletes and other exceptional learners
- **Planning**: Planning practices, matches, and competitive events
- **Managing**: Managing the archery team, including equipment, uniforms, and facilities
- **Recruiting**: Recruiting and retaining student athletes
- **Monitoring**: Monitoring the academic and conduct of student athletes
- **Fundraising**: Raising funds to support the team's budget
- **Organizing**: Organizing travel, accommodations, and team meals
- **Promoting**: Assisting in organizing and promoting archery events and competitions
- **Staying current**: Staying current with coaching certifications and seeking professional development opportunities
