**Sales Office (Female) for an Architectural, Design and Construction Company**

**Responsibilities**:
Builds business by identifying and selling to prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.

**Job Duties**:

- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their interest in the product/services offered
- Sells products/services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Very pleasing to interact with and having high energy levels
- Very good written and oral communication skills
- Negotiation and Prospecting Skills
- Meeting Sales Goals, Sales Planning, Motivation for Sales,
- Presentation Skills, Creativity, Ability to work independently
- Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence,
- Any Bachelor's degree is nice to have.
- Should have Basic Knowledge of MS Office.
- Any Design Skills like Photoshop, Canva or Social Media Content Skills will be an added advantage

**Prior Sales experience is very much mandatory**

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
