Sales Assistant

**Requirement**

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Assistant ( Freshers' preferable) to support our sales team in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in assisting our sales team in generating leads, building customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service **Two wheeler & Driving License mandatory**(Travel Allowance will be provided).

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Assist the sales team in generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing deals
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing and new customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Providing product information, pricing and quotations to customers..
- To addresses customer inquiries & concerns promptly.
- Assist with order processing, tracking, and fulfillment to ensure timely delivery of products..
- Work closely with the sales team, production team, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Maintaining of invoices, receipts and other financial documentation.
