**Location: BKC Mumbai**

**Reporting Relationship: Reporting to VP/ DVP / Senior Manager
- Job Role- Ensuring regulatory compliance especially related to Forward Contracts and Derivative transactions.
- Ensuring accurate and timely submission of regulatory returns and internal MIS.
- Ensuring prompt and accurate transaction related documentations including follow-up for the pending documents
- Ensuring prompt and accurate transaction verification, settlement and its reporting.
- Ensuring timely reconciliation and resolution of open entries
- Managing and ensuring prompt response and resolution of audit observations.
- Active and effective coordination with internal and external clients for better service standards.
- Job RequirementsShould be fast and accurate with excellent written and oral communication skills.

Should be a strong team player and demonstrate excellent team work.

High commitment to work.

Willingness to learn new system and processes.

- QualificationsB. Com/M. Com / MBA finance/ CA
