- Howrah, Pin-711302, West Bengal.

**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Reporting To**: Production Supervisor / Factory Manager

**Key Responsibilities**
- Measure and cut fabrics as per design specifications and size requirements.
- Follow markers, patterns, or sample garments to ensure accurate cutting.
- Handle different types of fabrics carefully to avoid wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cutting area.
- Coordinate with the tailoring/production team for fabric needs.
- Check for fabric defects before cutting.
- Manage fabric inventory and report shortages.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience in fabric cutting (manual and machine).
- Basic knowledge of fabric types and grain direction.
- Ability to read and understand cutting markers or layouts.
- Precision and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior experience in a garment manufacturing unit or boutique.
- Knowledge of operating straight knife, band knife cutting machines or Most commonly used cutting machine

**Salary**

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
