**What’s the Job?**
As a **Guest Service Associate (F&B)**, you will ensure our restaurant and dining outlets are welcoming, clean, and efficient, providing guests with a fresh and enjoyable experience after a busy day. You will be the face of the brand in F&B service, creating a warm, friendly, and professional atmosphere for every guest.

**Your Day-to-Day**
- Greet and welcome guests, taking food and beverage orders promptly and professionally.
- Be attentive to guest needs, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Prepare, serve, and present food and beverages according to health and brand standards.
- Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible service of alcohol in line with hotel policies.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently; maintain cleanliness of restaurant, chairs, walls, windows, and floors.
- Perform outlet opening and closing duties; keep service stations clean and stocked.
- Handle guest payments and process transactions as per cash and charge procedures.
- Take prompt action to resolve guest complaints/service issues using service recovery guidelines.
- Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times.

**What We Need From You**
- A passion for people and service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay on your feet for long hours and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous F&B/restaurant experience preferred, but not mandatory.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
