Job Profile - DGM - Technical Services & Projects
- Lead Business Development activities for Technical Projects, Services & consultancy Projects.
- Scout for projects through Industry Networking and Market Intelligence
- Evolve the business by preparing Tendering strategy and business development strategy.
- Lead Project planning, Target setting and defining deliverables.
- Process setting for Project Teams & Projects to ensure delivery in time and within budget.
- Continuously evolve Technical Services portfolio for increasing margins and increasing turnover for the company.
- Lead Budgeting and Implementation strategies in co-ordination with Line managers to ensure Monthly / Quarterly and Annual Targets are met.
- Review and monitor existing processes and evolve the same on a continuous basis.
- Evolve TS business by building strong teams and optimized resources.

Qualification : BE + MBA prefered

Experience : Minimum 15 plus years experience with atleast 3-4 years in CGD industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
