Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Production Oversight:

- Supervise the daily production activities of Zhongke rigid box machines (both sets - top and bottom).
- Ensure production targets in terms of quantity and quality are met for each machine set.

2. Quality Control:

- Maintain high quality standards for boxes manufactured on Zhongke machines.

3. People Management:

- Manage the workforce required for the Zhongke section, including operators, assistants, and personnel for box closing, L-sealing, and shrink-wrapping.

4. Operational Efficiency:

- Optimize the closing of boxes on the conveyor belt, reducing unnecessary handling and floor space usage.
- Aim to minimize production wastage by monitoring and addressing issues promptly.

5. Inventory and Documentation:

- After completing production runs, check and document the balance of cover paper or rigid boards and report to the production planning department.

6. Coordination and Communication:

- Coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule and perform preventive maintenance of machines.
- In case of breakdowns, liaise with maintenance personnel or external service providers to ensure quick resolution and mínimal downtime.

7. Repair and Rework:

- Oversee the immediate repair of defective boxes and ensure their reprocessing and L-sealing.
- Discard irreparable boxes after proper documentation and counting.

8. Finished Goods Handling:

- Ensure finished goods from the Zhongke section are properly L-sealed and shrink-wrapped.
- Coordinate with dispatch personnel for immediate loading of ready material or organize proper stacking in the finished goods stock area.

9. Old Boxes Section Management:

- Oversee the production of boxes using the Robatech glue dispensing machine.
- Ensure quality and quantity standards are met, manage personnel, and handle the L-sealing and shrink-wrapping of bundles.
- Conduct repairs on boxes from the old section and manage the handling of irreparable boxes.

10. Quality Assurance:

- Perform daily quality checks of all finished goods, ensuring adherence to standards for side pasting, lock bottom, and pinned cartons.

11. Maintenance Coordination:

- Work closely with the maintenance team for the upkeep of machines.
- Directly coordinate with service providers for major repairs if the maintenance team is unavailable.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in supervising production in a manufacturing setting, preferably with rigid box machines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve production and quality issues promptly.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
