**About Corporate and Investment Banking & Investment Research (CIB & IR)**
As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, you’ll be working with a team that specializes in global market research, working with the top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers. We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.
**What you will be doing at Evalueserve**:
- Managing a team of 10+ members within the lending LOBs
- Having ability to manage and run POCs
- Working closely with operation and functional teams to identify process bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis and outlining end-to-end business processes mapping for existing / newly set-up processes
- Implementing end-to-end process improvements, validating, and auditing measurement systems to deliver business impact
- Implementing Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) for newly Transitioned processes
- Building Process Perfection culture in the team
- Training team members regarding the daily tasks
- Completing any other job tasks assigned by Quality function management
- Managing transition and set-up of processes from onshore to offshore for the client
- Driving the growth of Business Process Outsourcing sub-practice within the lending LOBs
- Supporting seniors in the overall management and functioning of the group
**Skills we’re looking for**:
- Six Sigma experience must be in a Business Process Outsourcing context
- Black Belt / Lean / any other Quality Certification would be a plus
- Experience on loan management systems and other bank systems will also be preferable
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent interpersonal and ability to build strong team culture
- Efficient client stakeholders’ management
- Challenging current thinking by implementing new ways of working
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in finance, economics, accounting or from a reputed institute with 10+ experience in the similar profile
- Green Belt certification
