**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Public Relations Strategy**: Develop and implement PR campaigns that elevate the visibility of Akshar Yoga Kendraa globally, aligning with our mission and values.
- **Media Relations**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers in the wellness, health, and lifestyle sectors. Secure media coverage in print, online, and broadcast outlets.
- **Content Creation**: Craft compelling press releases, media kits, speeches, blog posts, and newsletters that communicate our message effectively to various audiences.
- **Social Media Management**: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent and engaging communication across all digital platforms, amplifying PR efforts through social media.
- **Event Coordination**: Promote and manage publicity for workshops, retreats, and special events. Handle media invitations, press conferences, and interviews as needed.
- **Crisis Communication**: Handle any potential PR challenges swiftly and effectively, ensuring that Akshar Yoga Kendraa’s reputation is upheld.
- **Brand Ambassador Engagement**: Engage with influencers, ambassadors, and brand partners to enhance the credibility and reach of Akshar Yoga Kendraa's initiatives.
- **Internal Communications**: Ensure that internal stakeholders are informed of PR efforts and key developments, facilitating smooth communication within the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Literature, Sports, Fitness Sector or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in PR, preferably in the wellness, health, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong media relations skills with proven experience in securing press coverage.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to craft clear, engaging narratives.
- Experience with social media platforms, digital PR tools, and media monitoring systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on deadlines and attention to detail.
- Passion for yoga, wellness, and holistic health, with an understanding of the global wellness landscape.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
