**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for lab assistants with 2-3 years of experience in sensory sample preparation, documentation pertaining to ISO 22000, managing inventory.
- Sensory sample preparation: Set yogurt, stirred yogurt, separated product, drinking yogurt / diluted product, fermented plant base, fermented beverages, dairy phage testing
- ISO 22000 documentation: data entry, Ingredient list input, sample preparation report, represent during internal and external audits, calibration
- Inventory Management: follow-up with suppliers and maintain the inventory of Aprons, hair net, shoe cover, Milk, SMP, Fruit prep, flavours, water, sugar, Packaging Material inventory: Plastic bottles, cups, flexible pouches, Chemical Inventory management: Enumeration chemicals, phage chemicals, CIP chemicals
- Upkeeping, breakdown and calibration of lab equipment: AMC, consumables, glassware's, calibration, breakdown : pH meter, Indifoss milkoscan, Silverson mixer, refrigerator, hot air oven, : batch pasteurization unit, homogeniser, incubators and steriliser, Axeon, texture analyser, optical microscope, centrifuge, label printer

Required qualification
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Microbiology/Food Science & Technology/Dairy science & technology/Nutrition), B.Tech. (Food Science & Technology/Dairy Science and Technology) with 1 to 3 years of experience
