Position: IELTS/OET/PTE Trainer Company: Britfort Academy, Vijayawada

About Us: Britfort Academy is a leading educational institution in Vijayawada, dedicated to empowering individuals in their pursuit of English language proficiency. We're seeking experienced IELTS/OET/PTE Trainers to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality training sessions for IELTS, OET, and PTE exams.
- Create effective lesson plans and materials to cater to diverse learning needs.
- Provide personalised guidance and feedback to enhance students' language skills.
- Monitor progress, assess performance, and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Motivate and inspire students to achieve their language proficiency goals.
- Stay updated with exam trends and changes to ensure accurate preparation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve training programs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IELTS/OET/PTE Trainer with a successful track record.
- Exceptional command of English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of exam formats, scoring criteria, and assessment methods.
- Patient, enthusiastic, and adaptable teaching approach.
- Technologically proficient to integrate multimedia resources into teaching.
- Passion for helping students excel in language proficiency exams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Shift allowance

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
