We have urgent requirement of Medical Coordinator for Ayushman Bharat Department (PMJAY).

Administrative Oversight: Overseeing day-to-day operations of the hospital, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Financial Management: Developing and managing budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring financial sustainability.
- Staff Management: Hiring, training, and supervising staff members, including nurses, administrators, and support staff.
- Quality Assurance: Implementing quality improvement initiatives to maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
- Strategic Planning: Developing long-term goals and strategies for the hospital's growth and development.
- Community Relations: Building and maintaining positive relationships with patients, families, and the community, as well as with other healthcare organizations.
- Emergency Preparedness: Ensuring the hospital is prepared to respond effectively to emergencies and the respective procedures.
- Technology Integration: Overseeing the implementation and use of technology systems to improve efficiency and patient care.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
