**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Accurately enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
- Review data for deficiencies, errors, or duplication and correct inconsistencies where possible.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Verify data accuracy by comparing it to source documents.
- Generate and maintain reports as required.
- Assist in preparing documents, records, and files for data entry.
- Follow data entry procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
- Coordinate with team members and departments for data verification.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Data Entry Clerk, or similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data management systems.
- Fast typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Minimum qualification: High School Diploma / Bachelor’s degree preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
