**About Corporate and Investment Banking & Investment Research (CIB & IR)**

As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, you’ll be working with a team that specializes in global market research, working with the top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers. We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.

**What you will be doing at Evalueserve**:

- Experience of working in Market Data Management (MDM) services, including subscription management, cost negotiation, contract renewal/cancellation, maintaining vendor relationships and contract management meetings.
- Engage with various business units to understand their market data requirement and advise on best options based on the budget and usage
- Provide quotes and obtain business authorization for all new market data costs in accordance with internal procurement procedures
- Document all executed contracts/addendums and order forms in the inventory system
- Identify and communicate internally any potential breaches of vendor agreements or risks associated with data
- Management of invoices and payments to the vendors as per SLAs
- Periodic MIS reporting and internal cost distribution among cost centers
- Reviewing and identifying existing processes that can be automated and also recommending process changes through automation for increased efficiency

**Skills we’re looking for**:

- Understanding of the market data management platforms and tools such as Calero-MDSL or Financial Information Tracking System (FITS)
- Good MS Office skills & presentation skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Must have good lateral thinking, be decisive and self-confident
- MBA or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Market Data Management preferably in Investment Banking / Advisory Firms
