- Basic Knowledge about the Windows Server and AD Platform. - Perform all Wintel L2 activities - Conduct system maintenance activities, usually on the server back end. - Experience in supporting Windows server 2012\16\18. - Monitor performance to reduce interruptions and server crashes - Experience about the Standard deployments OF MFP and SFP Printers based on the Applications - Knowledge about the installation of new print driver, existing print driver installation in Server. - Experience about the printers and Windows trouble shooting EUC. - Know about the Printer mapping, Sharing based on process. - Creation of Printer Port/ Print Queue/Install Driver in Windows server. - Knowledge about the Print Functionality and enabling the features like Scan/Print/copy etc. - Understand the usage of Printing and Imaging devices in order to optimize and implement- various policies. - Understand the Secure printing, Scan function/Copy, Policies, Delete printing, decommission- process etc - Knowledge about SMTP, IP configuration in printer, Print process how it should work. - Should have excellent communication skills and be willing to learn new technologies.
