Front Desk Receptionist

**Key Responsibilities:1. Front Office Management**:
- Greet and assist walk-in clients, visitors, and agents in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, route calls to appropriate personnel, and take messages when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
**2. Client Handling**:
- Provide basic information about available properties, company services, and office protocols.
- Schedule appointments for clients with sales agents or property consultants.
- Follow up on client queries and escalate to the concerned department as required.
**3. Administrative Support**:
- Maintain and update client databases and lead records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and document dispatch.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and data entry tasks related to property listings, agreements, and client documentation.
**4. Office Coordination**:
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, legal, accounts, etc.) for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure readiness for client meetings.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishments.
**5. Marketing & Communication Support**:
- Support marketing team in organizing promotional materials, brochures, and displays at the front desk.
- Assist in coordinating open houses, client events, or site visits if needed.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferred but not mandatory)
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar front office or customer-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Polished and professional appearance
- Basic knowledge of real estate terminology is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
