We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking female as a Telecaller to join our Sales Department, who will be responsible responsible for giving out company / product information (handling sales) over the phone

Roles and responsibilities:

- Calling existing customers as well as potential customers to explain the product and services offered by the company.
- Suggesting products to clients based on their needs and requirements.
- Responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company.
- Collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.
- Understand the customer’s requirements and demands and pass on positive leads to Operations team
- Required to write down important information provided by the customer and follow up with them on a regular basis.
- Create a maintain Sales Call report on a daily basis with updated status
- Create and Maintain database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Education : Atleast Graduate
- Work experience as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department
- Professional certification in sales and marketing will be an advantage.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills (English + Hindi)
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Hard-working
- Good time management abilities.
- Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.
- Must have knowledge computer knowledge : Mails, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google etc

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
