In-depth understanding of instructional design models and learning theories, MS Office

Ability to navigate learning management systems
Strong visualization/visual design skills
Understanding of accessibility aspects of online learning courses

Accurately edit and review digital ELT content across a wide range of components.
Accurately analyse and interpret the project brief.
Communicate effectively with Editors, Project Managers and Senior Project Managers providing regular updates.
Ensure that all tasks are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and are completed to the required specifications.
Support the Content Lead with tasks such as editorial and quality assessment and sign-offs.
Perform ad hoc tasks such as caption briefing, alt text reviews when required.
Manage multiple tasks, prioritising where required.
To be willing and able to learn to work on digital authoring tools and platforms to cater to client’s project needs
To attend training sessions for digital projects when required
To adhere to the training plan created by senior reviewers and editors
To collaborate effectively with project teams comprising onshore, offshore, nearshore, in-house and external suppliers on digital products
To ensure that all products are delivered on time, meet quality standards and are produced to the required specification
To possess exemplary English language skills, editorial skills and an understanding of the publishing process
To review handovers from freelancers and ensure quality standards are maintained
Field content queries from in-house delivery team, build queries from offshore teams as well as suppliers
- Review the work of content delivery team members (both freelance and in-house) and production team members with a focus on harvesting quality data.
- To adhere to project workflow and create and maintain project documentation, such as checklists and briefs.
- Support the project management team by regularly updating decisions logs, lessons logs, etc.
- To help the Digital Editorial Manager create/define quality standards for ELL digital projects.
- To help the Digital Editorial Manager create quality-related KPIs for the team.
- Support the Digital Editorial Manager in harvesting and presenting quality KPIs to customers.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
