**Job Title: Social Media Designer**

**About the Role**

This role requires strong design skills, an understanding of global design standards, and the ability to produce engaging, viral-ready content for social platforms.

**✨ Key Responsibilities**
- Design **eye-catching graphics, banners, carousels, and visual creatives** for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Create **Reels and short-form videos**, including editing footage, adding transitions, captions, effects, and sound.
- Translate brand guidelines and campaign briefs into **high-impact creative visuals**.
- Work closely with the content & marketing team to develop ideas for **international digital marketing campaigns**.
- Maintain a consistent design style across all brands and deliverables.
- Research global trends, viral formats, and best practices for social media creatives.
- Optimize designs for various platforms and device sizes.
- Deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience as a **Social Media Designer, Graphic Designer, or Content Creator**.
- Strong understanding of design tools**:Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.**:

- Good understanding of Reels trends, social media algorithms, and international content styles.
- Ability to convert ideas into engaging, visually appealing creatives.
- Strong sense of color, typography, layout, and global aesthetic design standards.
- Basic animation or motion graphics skills (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects at once.

**Bonus Points**
- Experience working with **international clients or global brands**.
- Knowledge of digital marketing basics (CTAs, hooks, ad creatives).
- Ability to think creatively and deliver fresh, innovative concepts regularly.
