Exhibition Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of exhibitions, trade shows, and events
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other Workers to ensure smooth execution of events
- Assist in exhibition logistics, including booth setup, shipping, storage, and inventory managementMonitor and track event expenses, revenue, and attendance, and prepare reports for management
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing and promotion strategies for exhibitions
- Maintain and develop relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and other partners
- Provide on-site event support, including staffing, customer service, and problem resolution
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and policies
- Participate in the development of new exhibition ideas and concepts

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of experience in exhibition management, event planning, or related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Handling Logistics Problem
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
- Ability to travel as needed

**Job Type**:Full-time

**Job Timing**: 10:00 to 6:00pm

**Job Location**: UB 10-11, Dheeraj Heritage Commercial Complex, S.V. road, Santacruz West, Mumbai - 400054

**Salary**: ₹ **12,000 to ₹ 25,000 per month** + Incentives & Rewards
