Job description

**Responsibilities**:

- Knowledge all types of drawings such as Civil, RCC Structural and Detailing of framing Layouts, sections & RC details of beams, Footing, Column, Roof, Slab etc.
- Preparing working drawings for projects especially Residential, Commercial Buildings, Hostels, Schools, Hospitals and Stores etc.
- Create detailed structural drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project specifications and design requirements.
- Ensure that all drawings adhere to relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Specify materials and components required for construction, considering factors such as strength, durability, and cost.
- Conduct quality checks on drawings to identify and rectify errors or discrepancies.
- Develop initial drafts and models to visualize the structure before finalizing detailed drawings.
- Coordinate with professionals from other disciplines to integrate various components into the overall project.
- Maintain detailed records of drawings and revisions for documentation and future reference.
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- ITI in Structure Draughtsman, Diploma in Draughtsman from a recognized institute or college.
- Proven experience as a Structure Draughtsman or similar role in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling software is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
