A Beauty Advisor Supervisor in the skincare industry plays a vital role in leading and managing a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure a seamless retail experience for customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Team Leadership & Management**: Supervise, motivate, and mentor a team of beauty advisors.
- **Sales & Customer Service**:Drive sales, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- **Product Knowledge & Training**:Provide ongoing training and development to enhance team members' product knowledge and selling skills.
- **Operational Efficiency**:Monitor inventory, manage stock replenishment, and ensure the store is properly merchandised.
- **Sales Strategies**: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and increase customer loyalty.
- **Performance Management**: Monitor individual and team performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
- **Brand Standards**: Maintain brand image and ensure consistent presentation of the beauty department.
- **Industry Awareness**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- **Collaboration**:Work with other departments, such as marketing, to promote new products and events.
- **Problem Solving**:Handle customer escalations and resolve issues effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
