Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

**Leadership & Administration**
- Provide academic and administrative leadership to ensure smooth school operations.
- Supervise faculty performance and mentor teachers for professional growth.
- Ensure adherence to school policies, curriculum standards, and statutory guidelines.
- Maintain discipline among staff and students while fostering a positive school culture.

**Academic Oversight**
- Oversee lesson planning, teaching methodologies, and classroom delivery.
- Monitor student progress and implement measures for academic improvement.
- Introduce innovative practices to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.

**Stakeholder Engagement**
- Act as a bridge between management, teachers, parents, and students.
- Address parent concerns and conduct regular parent-teacher meetings.
- Represent the school at events, inspections, and educational forums.

**Operational Management**
- Ensure efficient use of school resources and infrastructure.
- Prepare reports for management on academic performance, admissions, and administration.
- Oversee fee collection and ensure compliance with financial policies.
