**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing and monitoring regular activities at Merchandising Department by providing continuous support of merchandising tools.
- Advance planning for efficient functioning of the Merchandising department and forecasting of merchandising tools.
- Setting priorities and assigning the weekly task to the merchandising team.
- Assure all QC & QA Processes are followed by the merchandising team.
- Coordinate with the vendors for regular supply for outsourced merchandising tools.
- Providing Support with merchandising tools in Launch events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the company's products.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with vendors and suppliers to get things done in limited time frame.
- Coordinate with accounts team for vendor payments and maintain departmental account reports.
- Regularly maintain and submission of the merchandising cost report.
- Inventory management & Production planning for merchandising tools.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- MBA/PGDM Specialised in Marketing.
- Proven work experience in marketing, preferably from Building Construction Material, FMCG, Furnishing material, Marketing & Events Agencies.
- Excellent communication, efficient team handling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong team member with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
