A collection/retention of duties and/or responsibilities assigned

To Make outgoing & Receive Inbound calls

Regular follow up with the Customers for Renewal collections and update

Good & Pleasing Communication Skills, Excellent telephone courtesy & customer handling.

Achieve renewal targets as assigned by the organization month-on-month basis

Desired Profile

Any Graduate, 10+2 (Intermediate qualified also applicable)

Good Communication Skill & Soft Spoken & Pleasing Skills.

Good in Relationship Building

Good Convincing and Retention of customer
