7. Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues, department members, and school leadership to align curriculum, share best practices, and support the overall mission and goals of the school.

3. Proven experience teaching at the secondary level, with a strong track record of student achievement.

4. Thorough knowledge of concepts, principles, and laboratory techniques.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students effectively.

6. Proficiency in educational technology and instructional software.

7. Commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth in the field of education.
