Key Qualifications:

- Proficiency in working with CMS-driven websites.

- Familiarity with working in an agile development environment.
- Experience with Kanban and Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of accessibility standards.
- Knowledge of development practices and technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and their impact on the digital experience.
- Clear comprehension of the role of UX design within an organization and its potential value.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Business Analysts, product owners, and project managers to capture, review, and align business requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Capability to manage conflicting priorities effectively.

Typical Deliverables:

- Conduct UX research utilizing workshops, interviews, and focus groups.
- Develop personas, experience maps, user journeys, and user flows.
- Create wireframes.
- Design interaction prototypes.
- Generate visual designs supported by our digital toolkit.
- Produce style guides and specifications.

Systems and Software:

- Proficient in Axure, Sketch App, Creative Suite, InVision, DSM, Zeplin, Confluence, and Jira.
- Familiarity with Siebel and/or Pega (Nice to have, but not essential).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
