**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand the requirements for website optimization and develop comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Optimize website structure, content, and on-page elements for search engines and users.
- Build and execute a strong backlink strategy to improve domain authority.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in all content.
- Build and execute comprehensive strategies for on-page and off-page SEO implementation, including gaining guest authors and content syndication.
- Perform in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and address issues like site speed, crawl errors, and indexing.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO software.
- Track, measure, and report on SEO KPIs, including traffic, rankings, and ROI.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience in SEO with a focus on both technical and content optimization.
- Expertise in tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Ability to perform comprehensive technical audits and implement solutions.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, or similar.
- Knowledge of B2B content marketing and optimization (preferred).
- Basic understanding of information security and privacy principles related to organizational and confidential data, including data classification, masking, retention, destruction, and access control.
