As a Sales and Marketing Executive Officer at MTM Trades, your role is crucial in driving sales and promoting our steel products. You'll conduct market research, develop sales strategies, and build strong client relationships to meet sales targets. A good understanding of our steel products, effective communication, and collaboration with internal teams are key.

We're looking for someone with proven sales and marketing experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to contribute to the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Conducting market research on rival products.
- Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
- Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.
- Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
- Maintaining client relations.
- Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
- Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Malappuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
