**Job Title**: CSA Supply Chain planner

**Location**: Mumbai HO

**Role**:

- Prepare a CSA Exit Network Plan in collaboration with Haleon SC team.
- Draft Internal action plan with cut-off timelines for internal stakeholders viz Customer Operations, Warehouse Engineering, GTM Quality, CD, Finance and Legal Team.
- Define and follow through a review cadence with Internal and External Stakeholders.
- Review, track progress and follow up on Network meetings action points with Haleon and Internal Stakeholders.
- Report/Escalate/Highlight risks/showstoppers actions.

**Customers**:

- Region/Channel/ Customerwise Exit plan.
- FnF closure of all the customers with help of Finance.
- Co-ordinate with Customer operations team for Stock Takeback and timely Audit/Accounting of same.

**Depot**:

- Agree on DC Transition plan with Haleon Team.
- Depot inventory reduction actions with help of CSA Distribution team.
- Depot Inventory Clearance actions (Blocked stocks, Open orders, Customer Returns etc.) with respective CFMs.
- Stock takeback planning and scheduling from Customers with help of respective CFMs.
- Quality audit/stock clearance actions with help of Quality team.
- Timely CSA Stock Writeoff from depots.

**Distribution Planning**:

- Aling distribution secession network with Customer/depot exit network.
- Reduce Safety Norms in alignment with Haleon SC team.
- Clearance of all Transit stocks/System Open orders.

**Finance**:

- Align FnF actions point and Network.
- Vendor code/Credit limit for Stock return back to Haleon.
- Pricing actions at Region/Channel/Customer level.

CD:

- Customer Exit plan and liquidation of secondary stocks.
- Stocks takeback actions plan and customer credits.
