Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Reservation Executives to join our prestigious Hotel and Resort Group. As a Reservation Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences by handling reservations, inquiries, and providing valuable information to our diverse clientele. Fluency in English and Hindi is essential for this role, and additional language proficiency will be highly regarded. **Responsibilities**:
Assist guests in securing room bookings, dining reservations, spa services, and other on-site amenities.
Ensure accuracy in booking information, room types, rates, and special requests.
Customer Service:Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Offer personalized recommendations to guests based on their preferences and needs.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with a focus on maintaining guest satisfaction.
Language Proficiency:Utilize language skills in English and Hindi to effectively communicate with guests from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
If proficient in additional languages, utilize them to accommodate guests and enhance the overall guest experience.
Sales and Upselling:Maximize revenue opportunities by upselling room upgrades, packages, and resort amenities to guests during the reservation process.
Stay informed about current promotions and special offers to effectively market and sell them to potential guests.
Reservation System Management:Utilize the hotel's reservation system to process bookings, cancellations, modifications, and monitor room availability.
Ensure the reservation database is updated and accurate at all times.
Collaborative Teamwork:Work closely with other departments such as Front Desk, Sales, and Revenue Management to optimize guest experiences and hotel operations.
Guest Communication:Communicate with guests prior to their arrival, providing them with pre-arrival information, directions, and any additional assistance required.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Proficiency in additional languages will be advantageous and increase the chance of recruitment.
- Previous experience in reservation or customer service roles, preferably within the hospitality industry, is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with guests professionally.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and online booking platforms is desirable.
- Ability to multitask, handle high call volumes, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
