We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our dynamic team at Sigma Trade Wings. As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our advertising company. You will be responsible for coordinating various tasks, managing projects, and supporting the day-to-day activities that drive our success.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Management**:

- Coordinate and oversee advertising campaigns from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are executed according to timelines and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, and sales, to meet client objectives.

**Client Communication**:

- Act as a point of contact between the company and clients to address their queries and requests.
- Keep clients informed about project progress and provide regular updates.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

**Operations Support**:

- Manage and maintain project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and project schedules.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense management for advertising campaigns.
- Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

**Reporting**:

- Generate reports and dashboards to analyze project performance and provide insights to the management team.
- Prepare and present project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

**Vendor Management**:

- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to source necessary resources for campaigns.
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards.

**Problem-Solving**:

- Identify and resolve operational issues, bottlenecks, and challenges as they arise.
- Proactively find solutions to improve processes and enhance operational performance.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. Having a minimum Under Graduate or Post Graduate degree in business administration or a related field.

2. Certification related to the role will be an advantage.

3. Excellent communication (both English & Hindi) and leadership skills

4. Having experience with monitoring expenses and preparing reports.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

**Salary Package**:
**15 k CTC to 25 K CTC with relevant experience and expertise**

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
