- Defines,guidance for performance test initiatives that take a true end-to-end focus onensuring client side, server tiers, database and data integration jobs areperforming as expected.
- Evaluateand research emerging performance tuning methodologies, monitoring tools,processes and technologies.
- Proactivelydevelops and implements organization-wide quality process initiatives.
- Createsbest practices and ensure adherence.
- Providestraining/mentoring/educating of team members.
