- Understand the requirements and design briefs and deliver high-quality graphics
- Create blog headers and blog images
- Work with content creator and content writer to plan and deliver the weekly tasks
- Come up with creative ways to showcase the message given by content writers and creators
- High-quality and attention-grabbing images that grab the users’ attention and improve the brand’s credibility
- Visually compelling infographics that present valuable information about the company in a compelling way
- Quote graphics that reflect the vision and message of the brand, enabling followers to relate and build a relationship with the business

As a Graphic Designer at iDream Education, you will work closely with the marketing team to create collateral that drives brand awareness, brand & business value, and communicates our value proposition to various target segments ensuring highly effective expression of our brand. The person in this role will work with our team to enhance, scale, and further develop our content for products. Possess energies and capabilities to experience tremendous growth in learning, deep dive development, take end-to-end responsibility of the role, and join hands to scale our solutions together with our team.

**Role and responsibilities**
- Populate, update, and maintain the brand gallery that has various assets, guidance, notes, and resources necessary for a consistent and highly effective brand expression basis our communication values and guidelines
- Ensure consistency in brand attributes in all assets created so that targeted brand association takes place for every asset using colors, design language, elements, and iconography
- Ensure that all collaterals and assets created are high impact, neat, visual first, state-of-the-art, and bring brand value and positioning
- Bring in the latest trends and developments in design including AI and proactively propose innovative ideas to enhance our design and assets.
