**Job Summary**:
The SEO Executive is responsible for improving the company’s website rankings and increasing organic traffic through effective search engine optimization strategies. This role involves conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing best SEO practices. The SEO Executive will work closely with the digital marketing team to enhance the company’s online presence and drive growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Keyword Research and Analysis**:

- Perform comprehensive keyword research to identify high-ranking opportunities and relevant search terms.
- Analyze competitors' SEO strategies to identify gaps and opportunities.

**On-Page Optimization**:

- Optimize website content, including titles, meta descriptions, headers, and URLs for better search engine visibility.
- Ensure the website’s structure, navigation, and coding comply with SEO best practices.
- Implement internal linking strategies to enhance user experience and rankings.

**Off-Page Optimization**:

- Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure that off-page content aligns with SEO goals.

**Content Optimization**:

- Work with the content team to create SEO-friendly content, ensuring keyword usage aligns with ranking strategies.
- Optimize existing content to improve search rankings and update content regularly to reflect changing trends.

**Performance Tracking and Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Provide regular performance reports to management, including recommendations for improvement.

**SEO Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase website traffic, improve search engine rankings, and boost conversions.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure the company stays competitive.

**Technical SEO**:

- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify areas for improvement in website performance, speed, and crawlability.
- Collaborate with the development team to fix SEO-related issues, such as broken links, mobile responsiveness, and site speed.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in SEO (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO certifications) are a plus.

**Experience**:

- 0.6-1 year of experience in SEO or digital marketing roles.
- Experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development basics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.

**Work Details**:

- Experience: 1 years
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
- Salary: ₹20000-25000

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
