We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Kitchen Staff to join our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) team. As a key member of the kitchen, you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring quick and efficient service during peak hours. A focus on speed, cleanliness, and food safety is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook food items quickly and accurately according to the menu
- Ensure all food products are stored, handled, and cooked according to safety and hygiene standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, including workstations, cooking equipment, and utensils
- Assist in washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and help with stock rotation and restocking
- Adhere to food safety guidelines, including proper food storage and sanitation procedures
- Assist in keeping the kitchen running smoothly during high-volume periods
- Help in assembling food orders and preparing them for quick service to customers
- Work closely with other kitchen staff and management to ensure consistent product quality
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a teamwork-oriented environment

**Qualifications**:

- Previous kitchen or food service experience in a QSR or similar environment is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong focus on cleanliness, organization, and food safety
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations during peak service times
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Working Conditions**:

- Fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Standing for extended periods
- Ability to handle high-volume and fast service times

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
