**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist Procurement Processes**: Aid in sourcing, selecting, and negotiating with suppliers or vendors to secure advantageous terms.
- **Vendor Management**: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery, quality adherence, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- **Purchase Order Management**: Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies and budgetary constraints.
- **Inventory Management Support**: Collaborate with inventory management teams to maintain appropriate stock levels and prevent shortages.
- **Documentation and Record-keeping**: Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data. Generate reports and analyze data to assist in decision-making processes.
- **Cost Analysis**: Assist in analyzing costs and trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- **Communication**: Coordinate with various departments, communicating effectively to understand their procurement needs and provide timely support.
- **Research and Market Analysis**: Conduct research on potential suppliers, market trends, and industry best practices to contribute to the improvement of procurement strategies.

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
