**Job Role and Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and execution of neurology-related conferences, seminars, and workshops.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, agenda development, speaker coordination, and attendee management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and ensure optimal participation.
- Work with scientific committees to define the scope, themes, and structure of neurology-related events.
- Identify and invite leading neurologists, neuroscientists, and researchers to present and participate in events.
- Stay updated with the latest research in neurology to ensure the event content is cutting-edge.
- Establish and maintain relationships with academic institutions, research organizations, and medical experts in the neurology field.
- Liaise with sponsors and partners to secure funding and support for events.
- Collaborate with experts to manage neurology research projects linked to the event.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and presentation of research findings during events.
- Develop reports, abstracts, and publications post-event to summarize key findings and outcomes.
- Work closely with event stakeholders such as sponsors, exhibitors, attendees, and academic collaborators to ensure all needs and goals are met.
- Provide post-event analysis, including attendee feedback and event performance metrics.

**Skills**
- Experience in conference industry, specifically within the medical or scientific fields.
- Strong knowledge of neurology and related medical research.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, including researchers, healthcare professionals, and event planners.
- Strong project management and leadership abilities.
- Experience with scientific content creation and dissemination.
- Knowledge of the event industry and trends in medical/scientific conferences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using event management software and tools.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
