**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated **MBBS Doctor** to provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive health services. The doctor will be responsible for managing patients, maintaining medical records, and ensuring high-quality, ethical healthcare delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Examine, diagnose, and treat patients for a wide range of medical conditions.
- Prescribe medications, therapy, or other treatments as appropriate.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and patient histories.
- Refer patients to specialists when necessary for further diagnosis or treatment.
- Provide emergency care as needed.
- Participate in health camps, awareness programs, and preventive healthcare initiatives.
- Collaborate with nurses, paramedics, and other healthcare staff for comprehensive patient care.
- Comply with all medical laws, ethics, and guidelines.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- MBBS degree from a recognized medical college.
- Valid medical license/registration with [MCI/NMC or respective State Medical Council].
- **Clinical experience (0-3+ years, depending on level).**:

- Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team.

**Working Conditions**:

- May involve shift duties, including nights and weekends.
- Exposure to infectious diseases and medical emergencies.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
