**Job Overview**

We are seeking a creative and experienced Game Designer to join our team in Delhi. As a Mid-Level Game Designer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and designing innovative learning games. This full-time position requires a minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in game design within the e-learning games industry.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven experience in game design, with 4 to 6 years working on game mechanics and storytelling.
- Strong problem-solving skills to develop engaging and educational game concepts.
- Expertise in designing user experiences that enhance playability and learning.
- Ability to create prototypes to test and iterate game concepts effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality game design and execution.
- Solid understanding of game design principles and player engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and advancements in the e-learning and gaming industry.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop engaging educational games.
- Conceptualize and prototype game mechanics and features that align with learning goals.
- Create detailed game design documents and present ideas to stakeholders for feedback.
- Conduct user research and implement feedback to refine game design and functionality.
- Ensure consistency in-game features across various platforms and devices.
- Monitor and analyze game performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate innovative design techniques and tools.
- Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
