**Position Name - **Graphic Designer

**Purpose**
- You will be responsible for the Ideation and creation of new innovative designs(Static & Dynamic)
- for the brand. Under limited supervision, designs and/or coordinates the development and

design of a wide range of digital and printed graphic materials, involving a variety of into- grated steps and processes, and requiring extensive knowledge of specialized, multi- faceted design concepts and media.

**Responsibilities**
- Conceptualizes, ideate, designs, and produces a wide range of specialized graphic,
- typesetting and/or illustrative material, including multimedia concepts.
- Efficiently manage time and work on multiple projects and maintain tight TATs.
- Deal with multiple stakeholders depending on the campaign.
- Ability to work by yourself without much supervision.
- Create motions and edits based on verbal or written directions during Ideation or brainstorming.
- Working in collaboration with other illustrators/graphic designers.

**Functional Competencies**
- Deep understanding of design principles.
- Good understanding of the following design software,
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Immaculate portfolio, showcasing the various skills mentioned above.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- Up to date on various design trends.
- Adhere strictly to brand guidelines across all media.
- Take criticism constructively and always ready to learn new things.
- Taking new initiatives to improve how the brand is put forth in terms of design.
