We are seeking a talented and creative **Video Editor** with hands-on expertise in **Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects**to join our content team. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, engaging video content across a range of formats - including marketing videos, social media reels, educational content, promotional films, and branded animations.

This role requires a strong sense of timing, visual storytelling, motion graphics, and the ability to work independently while taking direction from briefs and feedback.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit high-quality videos using **Adobe Premiere Pro** for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Create engaging **motion graphics, lower thirds, intros/outros** and other effects using **Adobe After Effects**.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize, storyboard, and execute video projects.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Edit short-form and long-form content including reels, explainers, course videos, ad creatives, and more.
- Maintain a consistent brand look and feel across all video content.
- Stay updated with the latest editing trends and tools to keep content fresh and relevant.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio (please attach or link).
- Proficient in **Adobe Premiere Pro** and **After Effects** (knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus).
- Strong understanding of video composition, storytelling, pacing, and audio-video syncing.
- Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and best practices for exporting for different platforms.
- Ability to work independently and follow feedback constructively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high production quality.
- Basic understanding of color grading and sound mixing.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience editing educational or e-learning content.
- Familiarity with social media video trends and formats (reels, shorts, etc.).
- Knowledge of YouTube video optimization (thumbnails, titles, retention strategies).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
