Reputation Management:

- Collect and store guest reviews and feedback from various online platforms.
- Respond to both positive and negative feedback.
- Maintain a database of all guest feedback for future reference and continuous

improvement. Group Leads Handling:

- Provide special group rates and manage all communication related to group bookings.
- Accommodate group requests and ensure all reservations are accurately processed.
- Serve as the point of contact for group inquiries, requests, and follow-up communication.

Daily Services:

- Monitor communication channels to address guest inquiries and requests.

Information Updates:

- Update guest profiles and reservations with special requests, preferences, or concerns.
- Ensure guest communications are logged and appropriately followed up on.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Hotel management: 1 year (preferred)
- manage digitally: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
