**Key Responsibilities**:
- Recruitment:_
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire migrant workers for various factory positions.
- Manage the onboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and initial training.
- Supervision:_
- Oversee the daily activities of migrant staff, ensuring they adhere to factory policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to migrant workers, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
- Monitor performance, conduct regular evaluations, and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations, and provide necessary training and resources to staff.
- Administrative Duties:_
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, staff performance, and any incidents or issues.

**Qualifications**:
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
**Preferred Skills**:
- Previous supervisory experience in a factory setting is highly desirable.
